What a routine autumn visit turned up

Finding the small invisible problems before they become expensive ones.

I pulled up to a two-car garage in West Allis on a Tuesday evening around six. The homeowner had no complaints at all. Door opening, door closing. She had simply booked a preventive visit before the cold season, which is a smart call.
