Emergency line answered 24/7.
No hold queue, no recorded menu, no dispatcher between you and the people who will do the work. The same number covers emergencies at any hour.
Six days a weekMonday to Thursday and Sunday to 9 PM, Friday to 4 PM. Saturday closed.
EmergenciesSame number, any hour. It reaches dispatch, not voicemail.
One for anything urgent, one for everything that can wait until tomorrow.
The fastest way to reach us, and the right one if the door is down, stuck, or blocking a car. It connects straight to the crew.
Better for scheduling questions, follow-ups, documentation and quote requests: anything that does not need an answer today.
Six days a week, Sunday included. Standard scheduling calls are handled inside these windows.
Friday ends at 4 PM sharp. If something goes wrong at the end of the week, calling before noon gives us time to schedule it properly rather than rushing the job.
Emergencies are a different matter entirely, and they are covered below.

Nine cities, from the city core out to Oconomowoc and through Waukesha County. Not sure whether you are covered? Call and we will tell you straight.
Three steps, and none of them involve being put on hold.
Tell us what is happening with the door. If you would rather read first, the FAQ covers over a hundred common questions grouped by job.
What the door is doing or not doing, when it started, and whether it is a residential or commercial setup. Those three answers narrow the likely cause before anyone leaves the yard.
We tell you what we think it is and schedule accordingly. If it is something you can handle yourself, we will say that too. More about the crew on the about page.
The emergency line runs around the clock on the same number, and it reaches dispatch rather than voicemail.
(248) 982-5399After-hours calls are for urgent situations: a door stuck open, a door off its track, or a spring failure that has left the garage unusable. Door stuck open at eleven at night in West Allis, or a spring gone before a six in the morning shift in Waukesha, this is the number.
We assess over the phone first and dispatch if a visit is needed. See emergency repair for how those calls run.
For anything that is not urgent. Tell us the city and roughly what is going on, and we will call back inside business hours.
(248) 982-5399Monday to Thursday 7 AM to 9 PM, Friday 7 AM to 4 PM, Sunday 7 AM to 9 PM. Or email info@diamondliftgaragedoor.com.
Need it sooner? Call (248) 982-5399.
The same people either way. If something is not right after a visit, you reach the crew that did the work.
