When we are available

Six days a week, Sunday included. Standard scheduling calls are handled inside these windows.

Friday ends at 4 PM sharp. If something goes wrong at the end of the week, calling before noon gives us time to schedule it properly rather than rushing the job.

Emergencies are a different matter entirely, and they are covered below.

We ask a few quick questions
What the door is doing or not doing, when it started, and whether it is a residential or commercial setup. Those three answers narrow the likely cause before anyone leaves the yard.
You get an honest assessment and a visit
We tell you what we think it is and schedule accordingly. If it is something you can handle yourself, we will say that too. More about the crew on the about page.

The emergency line runs around the clock on the same number, and it reaches dispatch rather than voicemail.

After-hours calls are for urgent situations: a door stuck open, a door off its track, or a spring failure that has left the garage unusable. Door stuck open at eleven at night in West Allis, or a spring gone before a six in the morning shift in Waukesha, this is the number.
